Sunday Feb 5, 2012 Resolution signed by Mayor Coulter designating Sunday as "Four Chaplains" Day. It is also the start of religious emphasis week fot the Legion. Attend Church Saturday, Feb 11 10:00 AM Oratorical Contest for the local schools. We will have students from both RCHS and Central speaking on the Constitution of the Untited States and on one of 4 preselected topics concerning the Constitution. We need timekeepers & escorts.
