Welll here is what I have so far. The dates will be Feb 11, 12 and 13.
Sunday we will have a welcome aboard getogether either in a room or in the hospitalitiy rooms.
Monday will be the business meeting at 1:00 P M . 
I don,t know where this will be held yet, it will depend on how many people we  have registered.
We may have to pay for a room to hold it in. 
Then the Banquet will be Tuesday evening. 
The registation lady  would not give me a solid room rate at this time, 
as they will not make reservations more than a year in advance. 
I will meet with her again on the 1st of March 
and get the room rates and set up information for people to make their reservations. 
She thought the rate would be around $40.00 a night. 
I guessing the registation fee will be the  same as last reunion 
and that was $35.oo a person I believe. That will pay for the Banquet and what ever else we have.  
Let's  put the word out on the business meeting. 
Lets not have a peeing contest on all the things being commented on now. 
Lets bring all this to the meeting and discuss it and then decide where we should go. 
Have an association, or justs a group of people meeting every so often, should we  have officers, reports or what. 
Thiis is what the business meeting should decide.  
Lets decide where we are going in the future.  
So   lets put out the word on the dates, and the expected fee and  estimate of the room rates.
The final figures will be available after the 1st of March. 
I would appreciate any comments in regard to these arrangements.
These are the dates and the agenda that Larry and I agreed upon when we met in Olando. 
I still hope that he will atttend and preside at the business meeting.. 
I am trying to contact the TD's  here in Las Vegas in hopes of putting a reuion committee together.
